| BRIEF BIO OF MR. DAVID Q. BONILLA: Mr. David Bonilla is the Broker/CEO of Premiere Properties & Mortgages, a full service real estate company based in Merced, California. He is also an independent Business Consultant, with expertise in Business Development, Strategy formulation, Business & Marketing Plan development, and Employee & Management Training. He is also one of 13 co-founders, and the current President of the Hispanic Small Business Network, an economic development non-profit organization in San Jose, CA. His eclectic background includes experiences in five different arenas: corporate business, military, entrepreneurship, education and non-profit organizations. He has 18+ years experience as a successful university business professor and administrator. Furthermore, he is an avid hiker; having conquered the top heights of Mr. Dana, Mt Hoffman and Half-Dome in Yosemite National Park, and Mt. Whitney, the highest peak in the continental United States, in 2006. He is an Entrepreneurship/Micro-enterprise instructor, counselor and consultant, and has over 25 years of corporate experience at IBM where he developed a computerized inventory forecasting process that saved IBM over $62 million over a five year span. Other experiences include 20 years as a military reserve officer and over 18 years as an entrepreneur. His consultancy experiences include, 1). Russian entrepreneurs in Saint Petersburg, Russia, 2). SBDC consultant, and 3). independent consultant to startups and existing businesses (small to medium size). His teaching background includes teaching at The National Hispanic University, University of Phoenix, Mission College, Gavilan College and business workshops in both English and Spanish for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Santa Clara County and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose. He earned an BSBA and MBA from University of Phoenix and an Army officer commission in the California National Guard. Was awarded "Unsung Hero" recognition by KQED in September 1994 for his work in training low income persons on the art and science of starting a business. He is the author of "12 Easy Steps Business Planning Guide & Workbook" (in English and Spanish) and the co-producer of "How to Do Business In Vietnam: Video and Business Success Tool Kit.
